You always have great stuff to think about.  I fortunately haven&#039;t got to my ADHD teens asking for the car keys yet.  I am pleased to see that they are reading The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens for school.  You make some great points here about driving, medication, family counseling, and effectively engaging your children when helping to manage issues that come up in their lives.  The only other thing I&#039;ve mentioned frequently is being involved with CHADD, if only for a short time or in intervals.  You should never underestimate the power of a group of like minded people with the same condition.  We gained a tremendous amount of support, and encouragement in the time we were involved with our local CHADD.
